Secure Online Credit Card Payments
Our secure online payment forms allow you to pay your Western Montana Clinic bill with American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Please bring your insurance card(s) every time you have an appointment. For your benefit, we will routinely update your record to insure that we have your most current information.
As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company if all insurance information is provided. If your insurance company has a co-payment, we will collect this at the time of service.
We are participating providers in many commercial insurance plans. If you are unsure about your insurance benefits and requirements, please contact your plan for specific provisions.
If you are paying for your own services, we request payment at the time of service. If you don’t have your insurance information available, we will also request payment at the time of service. If your insurance does not pay in full,we will send you a statement for the balance due. Payment in full is expected upon receipt of the statement. If you are unable to pay in full, please contact us. Additional financial information may be required.
