We would like to offer a warm welcome to you and your child to the Western Montana Clinic Pediatrics Department. Thank you for choosing to place your trust in us. We know that selecting a provider for your child is a very personal decision and we look forward to treating your child through each stage of their development.
We hope this information will help prepare you for your child's first office visit and help you get to know us better. Please contact our office if you have any questions or to schedule an appointment at 406-721-5600.
Expectant Parents / Newborns
We offer appointments to meet a provider of your choice before your child is born. These sessions are by appointment only and are a great way to establish a relationship with your pediatric provider before the big day arrives.
At the hospital, let the nursing staff know your choice of provider so that we will be notified of the big event! Our pediatricians have visiting privileges at both St. Patrick's Hospital and Community Hospital in Missoula, MT.
Once you arrive home from the hospital, call our office to schedule an initial visit at 406-721-5600.
For your convenience, here are the new patient forms that can be printed and completed to bring to your newborn's first appointment.
All Other New Patients
If your child is a new patient to the Western Montana Clinic, please have your child's medical records transferred to us prior to their first appointment. We also have other new patient forms available here that can be printed, completed, and brought to your new patient appointment.
